Scrub Racks LLC will pay all shipping costs for the initial shipment of Scrub Racks, Boards, colander, brush, and ultrasonic cleaner. You are responsible for paying the freight of any returned items to Scrub Racks, and Scrub Racks will pay for any shipments to you.

We are NOT a large medical company that has a lot of overhead, sales commission, and gouges—you know what we mean! We are not creating a sale, but a long-term relationship with you to help your operation flow faster while cutting your cost. That is why we give a lifetime warranty on the Scrub Racks, Scrub Racks Board, and every twelve (12) months will send you new brushes at our expense. We are also hoping that you will share your success with the Scrub Racks System with your fellow veterinarians—to keep our prices low, our advertising budget is limited.

The scrub racks and scrub rack boards are made in the United States.

As soon as we receive each of your surgical instruments’ image over a ruler, the instruments’ placement on the board, and your initial payment processed with an executed contract, you should expect to receive your system within six (6) weeks. Please know that different items will be received at different times because they are shipped from different locations.

To ensure best cleaning with the Scrub Rack System, we will ship you a new brush every twelve (12) months on the anniversary of your purchase—this is included as part of the monthly rent. Again, we want you to look at us a quality supplier for your clinic.

The customized Scrub Racks will: · better organize your surgical instruments; · make it easier and faster to clean your instruments; · expose the most important areas of your instruments to the ultrasonic cleaner’s cleaning action; · allow your instruments to dry faster; · make lubricating your instruments less messy; · allow faster pulling of surgical instruments in making packs; · probably make your staff much happier.

Scrub Racks was designed by a dog & cat lover who opened a non-profit low-cost animal medical center that offers high-volume and low cost spay/neuter. While watching a bucket of surgical instruments getting cleaned, he was determined to discover a better and faster method. When he couldn’t find one, he invented Scrub Racks. . . This agreement and our relationship will hopefully run for years to come, but can be cancelled by either party after the initial six (6) months.

The Scrub Rack System is very easy to learn and use, especially if your staff is familiar with the customary method of cleaning surgical instruments. After watching the 3 minute videos (How Scrub Racks Work and Testimonial Video) reading the instructions, it should make “sense.” The only challenge is having your people recognize that although the Scrub Racks System is different and a change, this will make their job easier and faster. Usually, it only takes a few days to for your people to get use to putting instruments on and taking them off the Scrub Racks—it is NOT complicated.

NO. Scrub Racks are Patent Pending so any unauthorized duplication is a breech of patent law and this is NOT lawful—your costs associated with any patent infringement can be very expensive.

The Scrub Racks and Scrub Racks Board are made with quality materials—stainless steel. We guarantee the Scrub Racks, Scrub Rack Board, brush, and colander for the life of the rental agreement. Should anything happen to these items, we will replace them at our cost (including the freight to you if your location is in the continental United States). All you need to do is return the item. (You pay the shipping freight to return the item and we pay the return freight to you.) Should you prefer we ship the replacement item to you before you return the damaged product to us, we will produce a replacement and rent it to you as an additional Scrub Rack—When we receive the damaged Scrub Rack back, we will credit your account accordingly. The ultrasonic cleaner is guaranteed by the manufacturer for a year, but should last much longer. After this year, if you need a replacement or if you ever desire a second ultrasonic cleaner for even faster cleaning, we will sell you one at our cost.

The average veterinary hospital spends a large amount of staff time/expense cleaning and packing surgical packs. This is especially true if the surgical instruments are used multiple times in one day. With the rising cost of staffing our clinics, the Scrub Racks System will substantially cut this time/expense such that it will save you much more than the monthly fee—how much is determined by how many surgeries your clinic performs per day. The Scrub Racks System will also help you keep your instruments more organized. Don’t forget, if Scrub Racks doesn’t fit your needs, return it after six (6) months and cancel the contract—we are betting you will look back and wonder how you lived without it. . .

ANYTIME after six (6) months, you can terminate our relationship by returning the Scrub Rack System.

On the first (1st) business day of every month, we will draft from your choice of checking account, debit card, or credit card the amount due for your rental payment.

The Scrub Racks are Patent Pending and customized, so the monthly fee for each Scrub Racks is for the use of your specialized Scrub Racks and for the right to use the Scrub Racks’ Patent Pending. This payment also covers the use of the entire System which includes: the Scrub Racks, the Scrub Racks Board, colander, brushes, and ultrasonic cleaner as well as a lifetime warranty on the Scrub Racks, the Scrub Racks Board, and colander.There is a one year warranty on the ultrasonic cleaner.”
